I work at Atrium health as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist. I provide exercise rehabilitation to individuals with a variety of conditions including cardiac, pulmonary, and vascular disease. We are also running an online self-management programme called Hope for individuals with Long Covid. I also assist with research projects. During my time at Coventry University, I completed a Research Support Technician placement where I assisted with the delivery of interventions and collection of data with participants ranging from children to older adults. I also assisted in student lab sessions. During this, I co-authored a publication investigating balance in older adults (Tallis et al., 2020).
